Well boys and girls it's time to part company with my beloved Zone 8s.
I had these custom built about two years ago for my second-gen GS and it has traveled a whopping 7,000 miles in that amount of time. I recently made a wheel change, so I am hoping to recoup some of the cost of the change.
These are Zone 8 (wheels only) with the "Brilliant Brushed" center finish. Basically, the centers have the spokes brushed and have highly polished "windows," which are the sides of the spokes. This creates unique light catchers which really sparkle when the wheels are spinning. The outer rims are chrome plated.
The centers are in fantastic shape, practically new really, and have a ceramic clear coat to eliminate maintenance or polishing. The outer rims have ZERO curb rash and for all intents and purposes, look new. The wheels are showstoppers and I can't even stop for gas without someone asking me about them.
I recently disassembled the wheels so I could re-use the unique blue inner rim barrels on my new wheels. So, they will be reassembled with all new bolts, nuts, valve stems, caps and seals.
This is a unique opportunity to have basically a custom set of wheels for your Lexus. The front wheels have clearance for all big brake kits, but the rears are "low disk" for maximum lip - this means most rear big brake kits won't work. They are 5x114.3 with 60.1mm hubs - no hub rings needed.
I had them set-up as:
Front: 20x9.5" +36 2.5" outer lip, BBK ok
(sits same on fender as 20x9.0 +30)
The front is a great fit for 245/30-20 or 245/35-20.
Rear: 20x11.5" +45 4.0" outer lip (sits same on fender as 20x10.5 +33)
The rear would require fender trimming with a wide tire like the 305/25-20 I was using. 285/25-20 should fit with just removing the fender arch trim and 275/30-20 would probably fit with no mods at all due to the stretch.
As an alternative I could shrink the rear outer rim to 3.5" resulting in:
20x11.0 +52 which could easily support 295/25-20 with no fender mods.
I have to reassemble the wheels anyway, there would be no charge for this swap.
I'm in Southern California and there are people here on CL that would likely say I am an honest person (rominl, BlueLex, Dave GS4, Richie, GS4 Dougie, Neo, etc.). I can ship them anywhere in the USA at your expense in special engineered boxes to avoid damage, or you can view them and pick them up in person if you're in the Orange County area. The deal would need to be cash, cashier's check, or PayPal - I'm not a bank and won't take payments!![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
List on these wheels is over $7000 for the set with the BBC finish.
Selling price is $3250 firm for the set (wheels only), which I think is fair.

Thanks for the support, guys!
I forgot to mention that these would fit an SC 430 quite well.
I've replaced them with something new, the only set in the world so far.
Should have new pics this coming week; I'll post them in the 2GS forum.
Responding to e-mails now!
Regards,
Bob
