I didn't have any rubbing issues at all, but I have my rear fenders rolled from my previous rims. That being said, these rims were given to me by the company to use on the car at SEMA and I didn't tell them that I had rolled fenders, so i'm sure they would fit either way with no issues. Especially depending on your tire choice. Here's some more pics on the GS.

2 IS fitment
as far as the fitment on a 2IS, lug pattern is no issue, and i've been told by the company that the fenders will need rolling in order to not rub in the rear.

shipping via DHL, in 2 packages with 2 rims in each package, would cost about 65 bucks total. I know for sure they fit BBK in the front, and I do have Rotora rotors in the rear, but with stock calipers...so i'm not 100% sure about the rear.
When they were on the SC, they "fit", but I didn't have fender clearance in the rear, so I assume you'd have to have rolled fenders in the rear. I dont have any other picture with them on the SC because I took them right off since they wouldn't work.
