??? They just require shaving the fender in the rear...
I didn't even shave mine, and on datasystem setting 6, and they just rob a little.

if im not mistaken, i think you will need spacers to lower the offsets and to clear the sc430's rear shocks. i read somewhere that 30et-35et is the offset to go for. u should ask someone on the sc430 section to make sure though
