These wheels don't need spacer to clear LS430 brakes, right?

are those fenders rolled out a little? Maybe I'm wrong but I wouldn't think that rear wheel would fit under there like that, being a 10.5" and 35 offset. same with the front wheel.

Nope...you do not need spacers. I am located in Cerritos. Let me find out how much shipping would be and i'll get back to you.

I cut the rear fenders. The front has plenty of room.
