Will these sit flush with the fender?

I noticed f-sport 19s are (F)19x8 and (R)19x9 with tire sizes 225/35ZR19 and 255/35ZR19.

With these rims being 19x8.5 + 35 and tires 235/35/19.

Sorry, I don't know much about wheels and how the offsets and sizes work.

I don't think it'll sit flush with fender, the rear is recommand with 9.5, not 8.5.

unless your is an AWD..

It will be decently flush. Not VIP fitment, but won't required fender mods. Most 2IS run 9.5 +42, and these wheels will be sunken in only 6mm from that setup.

RWD here.

Will these wheel and tire setup affect the ISx50's speedometer reading? In other words, will there be any negative affects on the ISx50 if these were installed versus my current oem 18s.

I looked through two threads of wheel setups and have yet to find anyone running 19x8.5 in the rear. why is 9.5 recommended for the rear?

thanks

This wheel won't affect the speedometer reading anymore than the f-sport wheels. There will be no negative affects. People run 9.5 in the rear so that they can run a wider tire size in the rear. If you want a staggered tire setup, you can always mount a wider tire in the rear of these wheels. A 255/35 should fit just fine on a 8.5 wheel.
