because its not going on a high performance car and i was mainly looking to sell the wheels. Couldnt justify spending $1500 on better quality tires to get back $250 for them on the sale.....

The last set of 6 numbers are what give you the measurements.
first 2 is offset, 2nd is inner barrel and last set is outer barrel.
So the rears are 40offset 7" inner and 2.5" outer
The b is 20".
That would explain the small lips. Someone may have measured outer edges of the flanges instead which you don't include when you are identifying the width of the wheel.
i measured the rims themselves. also, taking tire size into consideration, they have 285s on the back and seems to fit the same as my other 10.5" wheels. same goes for the fronts
This is a killer deal, I cant believe nobody has scooped these up yet. I have these same wheels on my GS, and I can tell you I paid a hell of alot more than that with a deep dealer discount.
