Bought new wheels selling these stock ones. Missing 2 center caps. $100 picked up. needs new tires. located in stockton, CA

If tires are shot, i'd prefer a dis-mount of them and we can do $120 plus shipping per our PM. Is chrome in good/clean shape? Any leaks or chipping? Hoping to get them around $245-$250 MAX if you can swing it.
