FS: Rare chrome 20" 3-piece Zauber Gettins
Hello all,
I am looking to sell my staggered 20x8.5/20x10 chrome Zauber Gettins w/tires. These are rare and high-quality wheels.
Specs: 20x8.5 et +44 (2.25" lip), 20x10 et +48 (4" lip). 3 piece construction. Made in Japan. Conservative fitment so no fender modification is needed.
Tires: The front tires are 245/35/20 and are Achilles with ~75% tread remaining. There is some minor camber wear on the inner edge of the tires as shown in the pictures. The rear tires are Nitto NT555 275/30/20 and have ~40% tread remaining. These also have some minor camber wear on the inner edge of the tires.
Flaws and blemishes: There is some light and medium curbage (previous owner) on the rear passenger wheel. The chrome on the light curbage is not peeling. The medium curbage is about 7" long. There are very little spots of rust at certain spots. The chrome started to peel so I applied a special clear epoxy to help from furthing peeling (as a temporary measure). There is also some light curbage on the rear driver wheel about 1/3 of the wheel's diameter. This wheel also has a slight blemish on the outer lip about the size of a half dollar. It's a very light copper color. I suspect it was caused after water had sat there on the lip for a while (previous owner). The front driver wheel has about 10 hairline stress in the chrome on the outer lip. You can only really see it when you are about 2 inches up close. There was a very very slight bend in this wheel and the hairline stress were the result of the repair. Please see the photos.
Repair: There was a small bend in the front passenger wheel which I had repaired and re-chromed by Wheel Techniques in August 08'.
Overall Condition: Having owned numerous sets of wheels, I would rate the overall condition of these wheels 7.5 out of 10 due to the cosmetic flaws. The wheels are structurally sound. I have driven on these wheels and tires for 6 months and have always dodged potholes and dips on roads and freeways.
*Note* I just checked the tire pressure on all the tires today and 2 seemed to be a bit low. I don't know whether it's because the wheels/tires have been sitting for months (stacked), or because the tires may need to be resealed/re-beaded. Anyhow, I adjusted my asking price to reflect the fact that it might be the latter.
Also Included: 1) I'm also throwing in a bottle of Mother's chrome polish and also the Mother's polishing ball (large one) for proper upkeep of the wheels for the future owner.
2) A rear set of Falken FK451 285/30/20 tires. One tire has very good tread left with no camber wear and the other one has decent tread left with some camber wear (please see photos).
Photos of the wheels on my car:
And here are better shots of the make/model of the wheels on the famous bluelex's (Adrian's) car which motivated me to search for and purchase these wheels in the first place. Note: This is not the actual set that is up for trade. He also used spacers for a more flushed appearance.
Adrian: I hope you don't mind once again.

I'm asking only $1600. Local sale preferred.
*Also willing to trade for staggered 19" wheels or wheels + tires. The condition doesn't have to be perfect but no damaged wheels. Or looking to 2GS aftermarket parts. Nothing in particular really, just let me know what you have.*
If you're seriously interested or have any other questions, please PM me or e-mail at kaliking79@aol.com I check both daily.
I am a very honest seller and I've tried to disclose as many details as I could. Here's a link to some of my feedback also: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/buy...at-seller.html

Mark, I am not sure if it will clear Endless 6 pot brakes. You are welcome to come by for a test fit if you wish. You can even run 10mm spacers in the front to flush the wheels out more and that should allow you to clear the brakes for sure. I'm not sure how much the wheels weigh alone. I think a front wheel + tire is ~50lbs. The rear wheel + tire is probably a few more pounds than that.
