SOLD.
I made this device myself and it works great but I no longer need it. For those of you without tire pressure sensors in your wheels, you can use this to stop the lights from blinking in your dash. Put your sensors inside the canister and fill it up to normal tire pressure (30-40psi) and store it in your trunk hidden next to your spare tire (at least for the IS model, not sure on other cars). It's pretty much completely air tight and just needs a couple psi every 2-4 months depending on temp changes and can be filled with 1 stroke of a bicycle pump (using an air compressor fills this up VERY fast). Made from PVC pieces--bottom is glued and top is threaded so you can add/remove the sensors, and a rubber gasket. Packing peanuts inside to prevent the little buggers from wrestling around. $50 shipped.

I didn't think the sensors could be detected that far away.
because of that insecurity, I didn't want to get something like this and just be a bunch of pvc pipes

I used this with the IS and never had any detection issues. I have had it sitting in the trunk and also in the trunk hidden next to the spare tire. My guess is there is a single transmitter someplace in the car and not one for each wheel.
To clarify, all four sensors must be in the canister in order to fake the system into thinking there is a sensor in each wheel.

it will work fine , the system only has one antenna and not 4 all over the car. This is a simple trick done by thousands of tpms owners just like using a small wheel or other pressured device.
