are they good tires? any reason for selling? would these fit on my car, there standard size used is 245-40-18? thank you in advance and i look forward to your quick response.

Hankooks are sold, they were too beefy for my +12 offsets. i just bought 235/40/18 same tires instead.
I'm located in Irvine, CA.
