Is that a reflection on the face of the 2nd and 4th pics?? what are the offsets?

No that is not the reflection. Those are they two wheels that need to be refinished. It looks like the previous owner tried to strip the clear off the two back wheels. And only got about half way on both of them. Hence the price.
