Was the lip refinished by a shop? Are the lips clearcoated or bare metal. I'd like to know if I have to re polish them every now and then. I'm very interested but I gotta sell these other wheels that I have first.

The lips were refinished by a shop and it doesn't have clear coat on them. I do have a few offers already, but it's a first come first serve bases!
