17" chrome wheels w/ tires and locking lug nuts

When I bought my GS400 these 17" wheels and tires were on the car. I changed them out for some 18" wheels so they're for sale now.
The chrome is peeling some and the wheels have different tires front and rear, but the tires have decent tread left.
They're not in perfect shape, but look good from ~10 feet and while the car is moving. Priced accordingly at $175 for the whole set. I also have a set of locking lugnuts I can include.
Prefer local sale, but will provide shipping quotes if needed.

It would be ~$140 via fedex ground. It's quite time consuming to package wheels/tires though, so if I ship vs. waiting for a local sale I'd like $10 a wheel for packaging time and materials.
So it'd be $355 shipped including the locking lug nuts.

Hey guys, I've been away but just got all the PM's.
I prefered a local buyer so I wouldn't have to ship and also so the person could see the condition of the wheels in person.
I'm going to clean the wheels up and take some bigger pics, then after reviewing the pics if everyone is still interested I'll work through the PM's based on who replied first. I just want to make sure everyone is on the same page with the condition. I should have pics up tonight.

Here's a bunch of pics... sorry for the blur, I couldn't use the flash or it would reflect too harsh to see anything.
As you can see, there's some pretty significant peeling. Also, for the couple days I had them on, they seemed like they may have been a little unbalanced. The car also had really bad balljoints though, so I'm not sure how much was suspension and how much was wheels.
Anyways, there are the pics, I'm going to start working through the PM's now.
