You've exceeded the max bumps allowed and can relist these after 11/3.
When you relist them, please be sure to link back to this thread with your vouch.
If you repost, I also want you to clearly spell out the bend in the rim - I am disappointed in your relying on the "picture to show the bend", as well as your voucher not disclosing the damage.
You can certainly drive on rims with bends in them, but they ride much rougher than straight wheels. It's annoying and something that a buyer should know.
