Should fit fine depending how low you are dropped. The only reason why I flared out my front fenders was b/c I wanted to run 0 camber in the front to maximize tire life.

The rims have the 90 degree bend tpms adaptor so I'm sure you can take out the tpms I have now and put in the lexus one in the adaptor
