bought a pair of 15mm V1 from this guy for $70 picked up and didnt find out 6 out 10 of the studs were stripped and 4 in not so good condition until the brakes components were taken apart at the shop a few days later. asked for $60 refund since i thought it's part of my fault for not double checking before i leave his place at NIGHT. he refused to take them back and suggested me to buy new studs and told me the studs that came w/ spacers were a bonus since i got a great deal from him. checked ichiba's website and the stud is running $2.50 each. now i end up paying $70 + $20 to the shop for nothing + $25 for new studs = $115 while i could get a new set from a vendor on CL for $90 and less hassle of cuz. Yes I didn’t check carefully before I decided to buy. so i just wanted to share my experience here and hope everyone will pay more attention when buying used parts.
