Are these wheels 3 piece or 2 piece. You said chrome dipped, but what about changing the lip totally if in fact they are 3 piece. What is the condition of the front lips (pitting, peeling etc), in the picture you can't tell due to the lighting.
2-piece bolted. The fronts are still decent, not total concourse quality...i had considered stripping them and doing gloss black, or MSM to match my car, but big shiny lips are always nice to have!

So you wouldn't know if these wheels are 3 piece welded or bolted together. Could you find out this info. That will be a deal breaker for those who want relip.
