I am not looking to get what I paid new. What I paid new is nothing like what I am asking. But I'm not going sell something for nothing. I'm not in the business of spending tons of cash only to be ripped off selling them to someone else.

If you can get brand NEW C2's w/ Tires for $3300 SHIPPED to your door more power to you.

Who is ripping you off? Do you understand that used is USED. The more expensive the wheel the more it depreciates. That is the bummer in buying them. I know you want the most you can get for the wheels because you paid a bunch for them, but you don't need to be so abrasive about it. Nobody is trying to rip you off.

I think you will find someone that likes those wheels enough to give up the cash for them. But you asked for people to make an offer before you set a price. I did that....how is that ripping you off?

I'm not claiming that you did try to rip me off. I don't believe wheels depreciate over 40 or 50% in 2-3months time. Thats like saying a new car depreciates that much as soon as you drive it off the lot. It does depreciate but not that much.

no offense intended but just backing up the previously stated. once you drive the car off the lot its worth a lot less because its used. same deal with wheels

I agree.. 40-50% is a bit exaggerated. But easily 30-35%.

Wheel actually lose their value the SECOND you mount the tire. Regardless if you EVER mount them to your car... they are worth a ton less.

With that said. I would have thought that $2200-2500 is a good offer for those. Oh well, I just ordered some Supra TT rims for winter wheels when my AVS Advan 5 18's are in the garage for winter.

I agree compleatly with pcmw. Wheels and tires are a terrible investment new. Tires will depreciate 50-70% as soon as they are mounted... Wheels are lucky if they maintain 60-65% used... The higher the price the greater % they will loose. No flaming just a fact of life...
