I had these CCW 19x9.5 with lug pattern 5x114 on my GS300 for about 2 years, they have some curb rashes but it can all be repaired and polished out quite easily since they aren't so deep. 2 rear tires are kumho with discount tire's road hazard warranty, 1 front has a falken, and the other front has a toyo proxy with road hazard warranty.
They were ordered with a staggered offset so the back has a bigger lip than the front.

they are 19 x 9.5 I can't remember what they told me the offset was.. I think it might be a 38mm and 44mm

What's the specs on the tires? If they are dismounted you can look at the back to see the offset of the wheel. With the fronts being 9.5 knowing the offset is important. Clean understated design.
