Looking to buy the smoke/hyper black wheels that were found on later MY GX's. Tires not needed. I am not sure of the exact year Lexus started using them.

My wheels are beginning to flake/chip so it's time to replace. I always liked the look/color of the these wheels. If you are running these wheels and thinking of upgrading keep me in mind.

you can probably find a wheel shop that will refinish your existing wheels in that hyper gray for less than a used purchase, may be even done better than stock seeings how toyota did such a great job painting all of their gx wheels in the first place, NOT!

I considered that option, haven't priced it out yet. That hyper black color is pretty difficult to duplicate, so I was concerned it wouldn't come out right. I guess if I am having all 4 done I don't need to worry about them matching the finish. I just really like the color/shine of the newer wheels.

I did find this site, which appears to sell OEM as well as replicas. It appears the wheel they are calling Hyper Silver OEM wheels which they have listed for sale for $175 per wheel is what I am looking for - at least based on the description.

After having bought reconditioned wheels online, if I had to do it again, I would have used a local place and either had my reconditioned, or purchased a set from them with a swap, this way you can just have them switch them with mount and balance rather than have to give them a wheel at a time to re paint
