19x8s (I think the offset is 38mm)

very minor scratches in the polished surface (buff em out)

The wheels are less than 4 monthes old and there is a 5th wheel that is brand new in box

the tires are Z55 NITTO EXTREMES in 235/35-19

Is the lip chrome or polished?

yep with the Nittos, shipping will probably bump the price up a hundred or so- but yea 1600 is the price the 5th wheel doesnt have a tire so four tires 5 rims two rims with minor scratches (those who saw the pictures, I think you'll agree )
