Any1 here knows where can i get them if theres no one here selling it. Specifically this one:
Vossen VVSCV1 Concave Matte Black w/Machined Face (Chrome Stainless Steel Lip)

A lot of vendors dont have these wheels in STOCK and if you buy them you have to wait 30-60 days or more, bad luck

I know FXAuto and b2designs both carry Vossens.

Not to upsale my wheels but why 19s? What car do you have? Well 19" tires are usually expensier and harder to find than 20s :S well hopefully you find your set
