I am selling my 19"x7.5" Racing Hart C4 Wheels only, NO TIRES! I have had them for less than a month and never have mounted them on my car, so they have NEVER been driven on and are pretty much BRAND NEW! Only 2 of the wheels have had tires mounted on them, it was for display at a car show.
