Custom painted concept one rs-8 staggered wheels. They are painted a semi gloss over flat black in the middle spokes cleared 5 times. The lip is a custom mesh paint mixture with 2k high gloss clear coat 4 coats each lip. Tires have never been mounted. The wheels are 19x8.5 & 19x10.5. I do not know the offset they were painted over promise to me retrieving them. The rim condition is a 9 out of 10 on the paint. I found 1 small inch long clear coat run on a lip however that was me looking hard. I didn't sand it out but like a car it can be sand ed and polished. The tires I suggest are 255/35/19 & 285/30/19 but you can go bigger or stretched. The build took over 2 months of drying and re coating. The buyer who requested them could not pay for the completed job.

the offsets are stamped on the back of the RS-8's, i think on the spoke. Even if painted over you will be able to read them since its engraved into the metal essentially.
