Post 18" OZ Racing Wheels for RX - For Sale

For Sale:

(4) OZ Racing 18x8 Volcano Wheels with Michelin Pilot LTX 255/55VR-18 Tires - 75% tread left. These wheels/tires were on the car for about 1 year (approx 7500 miles) and are in almost perfect condition.

They were on my wife's 2000 - RX-300 - Dramatically improved handling – these are the best SUV tires made! Huge upgrade over stock 16x7 and 225/70SR-16 Goodyear Integrity's (They REALLY sucked!)

I will throw in the small 5mm H&R forged alloy spacers needed for the rears. ($100)

Paid over $2000 for this wheel tire package.

Will sell for $999 OBO

Traded in the RX - wheels need to go!

Why are spacers needed on the rear?

Bit K,

OZ recommended them to ensure that the 8" wide wheel with the 255 tire didn't rub on the inside of the rear fender. OZ is a very reputable wheel company with lots of experience, so I went with their recommendation without hessitation. Hey, if they can equip most F1 teams with wheels, then a simple Lexus should be no problem... These guys know what they are doing.

They really like H&R's as they are very light (forged) and very high quality, unfortunatly they are a bit pricy at $100 for a pair. I went with their recommendation here too.

How's the balance on these? Any shimmy at any speed? I'm assuming these are not hubcentric, so do they come with centering rings?

Default OZ wheels and tires

7500 miles on the Pilots? How much tread is left and is there any damage or scratches on the wheels? I'm in SoCal so shipping would be an issue in cost and possible damage. And I assume lugs and locks included? Or do the stock Lexus alloys ones fit properly?
