Just buy a new random set, with a key lock.

I've got stock ones if you can't find any closer to you. I'm sure you could find a set on ebay for cheap, or just see what stock Lexus lugs are lying around at the local junkyard. Most of them are probably identical, and they get tossed aside all the time when wheels are removed.

Unhappy

what sets these lugs apart is that they are 2 1/4" long.they dont make them anymore.
lexus changed the part number for these lugs and the new ones are much shorter.

Can you post a pic of the lug nuts you need? I have some from my 2012 IS-F I can part with if you need it.

Does this match what you need?

Sounds like mine might be the shorter ones you referred to. Are you sure the ones you've got are originals? I've got aftermarket lug nuts that are longer, which might be what you have and why they're tougher to match.

Thanks t2d2,mine are 2 1/4" long and they were only on the sc400 wagon wheels from 92-94.
the smaller ones will work but i will have to change all of them because it looks funny with just one on there.Monday i am going to a machinist and see if he clean the threads up.the first 3 threads are damaged.
if they cant fix it ,the hunt goes on.thanks again!

Did you tell them to get you one? I work for the company in Tennessee. Although I cannot do anything about it I know that this does happen, but any time one of my guys damages a stud or lug, I will replace it for the customer at no cost to them.

It does sound indeed sketchy at first, but I've had to replace quite a few 20 year old Toyota/Lexus studs and lug nuts, despite never having to do so with 20 year old Mazda ones. It could be due to how long I've been solely responsible for the respective cars, or it could be that Toyota ones strip and cross-thread easier.
