so let me ask again since this is unclear and ive heard from several people it will fit it wont fit the offset of the wheels. Will this offset fit a 99 gs400? feedback from anyone besides the person selling would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see a problem with the offset...The front might be a lil pushed in but, other than that, it should be fine...
