Tire Bump Help Please!
Checking out my car this morning and realized this bump on my front tire. Do you guys think this requires i get a new tire? My tire is 4 years old at this point and still has plenty of life so i was just curious.
Thanks for your responses in advance.

Choosing the right tire replacement. Such damage is potentially dangerous in a passive sense. It can rupture at any moment and cause numerous problems. Speaking of choosing a new tire, I have a story to share that might be useful for you. I was recently looking for good tires for my Lexus. The price range was vast, and I could hardly see any noticeable differences. So, I ordered tires from casaauto, but they turned out to be defective. That's when I decided to give local car services a final chance and placed an order with autoshina. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality they provided. Has anyone else bought from there? Was it just my luck, or is this service genuinely good?

Similar to you, today I noticed my 1st issue with the Bridgestone Turanza el450 rft that came with the car while washing it.
The tire is 3 months old with 4k Miles on it that the Lexus Dealer installed for sale. (Same amount of time I've owned the vehicle)
The tire is deformed in one spot but haven't noticed any drivability issues with it yet.
Will call Lexus dealer tomorrow and see what they say.
Besides calling dealer to get it replaced, any other suggestions?
My car is CPO Warranty for 2 years and would think it's a Bridgestone warranty issue, but would think Lexus should address since they purchased the tires to sell the car and should have the tire receipts etc.
Here's a couple of pics of the tire. All other tires are fine.
