Henry, I agree with you 110%. The forums that I linked this post on, I tried to keep it to more of a "heads up" type of thread, rather than a I Forged lynching. Thats really what this is all about....helping others make educated purchases.

Seems, someone had an issue last April it goes here. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=527208

As stated not a lynching, just a "FYI" thing. Kinda reminds me of SRT. Great products, knowledable people crappy service.

Taken from Supraforums:

Their prices are to good to be true. I found out about IForge nearly six months ago when Discount Tire in Jacksonville, FL had issues with them. They ordered a set of rims for a customer and when the rims arrived all four were warped. When they finally contacted IForge, the owner Vince, which took nearly a week, he refused to take them back and Discount Tire had to eat the cost. I'm glad I heard about IForge before I bought a set of their wheels

I just started a thread at IS300.net

Taken from Bimmer forums.com

Well I don't expect everyone to read all that but basically in a nutshell you promised me 3 week delivery on a March 31st order...after 63 emails of false promises and apologies, enduring public flaming, costing me enough money in cancellations, rental cars, ruining my spring show route, etc..etc....I've lost enough money on this deal so far to buy these rims three times...then you publicly posted June 20th as my ship date. Considering I ordered my wheels a month before a lot of the other guys on that list, I felt I was pretty nice about me being the last one to ship. I read in a thread that everyone on that list got their wheels shipped.....June 20th finally came and went and I was completely dumbfounded when I hear there are more delays with my own wheels.....after all this....add more apologies....add more promises...I was pleaded to wait until Monday when they would finally be ready. Monday came and went....and I have nothing...no contact...no shipping info....NOTHING!! after all the posting I've done publicly on this issue, I've kept most of it pretty clean and held back a lot. I haven't even gotten a single response from anyone who actually works AT iForged even though others have. Do I need to really start cutting lose because believe me I can do it that way instead...seemed to work for others. Squeaky wheel gets the grease I guess...

I sent a message to my sales rep with a couple easy requests for the owner of iForged. Hopefully you two can communicate with enough dexterity to get my simple requests accomplished

Taken from Bimmerforums...

I understand now why iForged wheels are cheaper.... It is like a light bulb just turned on in my head. Here is their pricing scheme. I guess it is a great idea, but it has some severed flawed thinking in it. They charge less for the wheels, but the customer ends up paying more in the end by having to rent other vehicles, agonize about when they are going to get their wheels, spend time typing up emails to them, etc... So in the end, if your time and peace of mind isn't worth much, by all means, buy iForged. But for people who's time is valuable, go with something else... We now have a new term ladies and gentlemen, the "iForged Factor". This basically means that the difference in cost of their products when compared to other vendors is the time and effort spent by the customers going through a lot of BS. Yes, I'm sure many vendors will start exercising the "iForged Factor" to drive customers away and get a bad reputation.... Excellent, VERY VERY excellent. I guess the "i" in iForged should stand for "Innovative". They have an innovative way of doing business...
