Exclamation Control Arm Replacement 2004 SC 430

I have been told by one shop that in order to change the factory inward toe to straight I need to replace the lower control arms, lateral and forward as bushings are cracking for all 4 wheels. Another shop told me about an after market modification involving, some part I don’t remember the name, which will need to be welded onto the frame so the alignment toe can be corrected and set to straight versus angled from the factory.
Due to the tire wear to the inside of the tires, I want to change the toe to be straight, not angled for better corner handling.
I see in another thread that these are recommended, GODSPEED REAR TOE ARMS W/ BALL JOINTS, I am wondering if this is the best way to accomplish what I am wanting to do or is there a better way to do this?
I need all the help and advice anyone can give me. I am open to all options. Just want to make the change.

My vehicle is a 2004 SC 430.

There is a factory specification for the acceptable range of toe settings, and it doesn't require modification to the car. With all joints in good condition, the car can be aligned properly.
