Default TPMS based on four wheels (ignore spare)?

Installed and registered 4 new TPMS on my 2008 RX350 but the light is still on. I am guessing it's due to the spare. Is there any way to disable spare TPMS? Otherwise, I have to buy and program another set of TPMS to get one more for the spare that gets no use. Thank you. I have techstream to do programming.

I'm going to ignore all TPMS sensors. Saving my money and getting a $2 air gauge.

Have someone test the sensor. You’ve already gone this far might as well finish
