Default Hmm

I can assure you guys Bridgestone is committed to making a quality product. They will look at the tires when we receive them back and make a determination as to whether there was a defect. Until they are looked at by an engineer any speculation about the S03 in this size is just that, speculation. If there is a defect found they are committed to fixing it, even if it is a minute percentage of the millions of tires they make. Until we get a determination, there is no reason to over react or jump to conclusions.

I totally agree....if it were an isolated case I would not worry, but here you have several and this is just only several Lexus owners that have spoken up about it. WHat about other auto club members? How many of them have other groups of people that are having this same problem?

Brandon, to be clear - I was told that a credit of some sort will be issued once the tires are received. There was nothing mentioned about further examination being a gating item on my credit. It is clear that the tires have cracks and they are in good condition. I'm not about to send off my tires and then risk getting denied. We are all smart consumers and once I send off the tires my proof to protest is terminated.

Brandon - please advise.

Default Nothing

I don't believe anything has changed from your previous conversations with customer service.

Just a quick update for those who are following this thread...

I sent the tires back to Tire Rack last week and I am waiting for my credit. I will advise as soon as I have closure to this whole deal.
