Default Spare tire question. Please help??

I went with 19" HRE 540Rs and Pilot Sport A/S for my SC430. I would like to have a spare for long trips just in case. I found a spare at a junkyard from an ES 300. My research indicates the bolt pattern and everything to be the same as my SC. It is a 15" spare. Will that work okay as a spare on my car?? I know the "donut" type spares are not the same diameter of normal wheels, but is 4" too much of a difference? Please help with any advice you may have. Thanks

you don't look at the rim size only, you have to look at the overall diameter. i don't know the overall diameter of the es300 spare though. but with the size of the trunk, i think a donut is all you can get....

btw, you just put the donut in the trunk? do you still have space after that?
