I run a 19x10 rear with a +35 offset. I am able to tuck the rear rim and tire when drop my car all the way down. keep in mind my tire spec is 235-35-19... My fenders ARE NOT rolled at all..
If you want to run something like a +25 offset you will need to run a stretched tire like mine or something less aggressive like a 245-35-19 on the rear. Of course, Lonely Toothbrush is right, you might need to cut the inner lip of your fender off to prevent some rubbing....

Why would u put a Tag band on a Rolex? I am lost here. Looking at the offsets being asked, they are not even close without some serious work being done or you won't be driving the car, for show only.
