please dont yell at me i really tried searching alot.... problem is I cant even search for ls offset cuz ls is only two letters. I searched for ls400 but it bought up very specific examples..
ok so onto my q...

Im STILL looking for rims for my car...

Whats the minumum offfset I can run on my 1st gen ls400?
i love this one set but they only have a 36? too low right?
any help is greatly appreciated..

well offset depends on the widths of the wheels you looking at too. i am not too expert in ls rims at this point, if you want you can try talk to Lord of the Celsiors about it, he knows

20x8.5 was the size i was looking at

that size should fit over the calipers, depending on the spoke design. The LS has a large calipers so you just have to be careful of that.

the lower the offset, the more the wheel sticks out so that may help you.
