thank you very much for the replies
though it might not be a good idea at all. speciall on 19s and 20s where the profile is so small and stiff, dismounting the tires might cause damage to the tire.

got the tires flipped. the vibration now moved from 60-70mph to 65mph to 75mph

hub rings are on it's way from OZ...

also taking the car to TEIN dealer to have the setup checked out

getting driveshaft balanced and getting wheel alignment re-checked.

this sux.

Default staggered tire rotation

This is a little off your subject, but I was wondering if you had to do any modifications on your SC 400 in order to accommodate the tire sizes you're running? I have a 95 SC400 and want to put 245/50/16's in the rear. I currently have 225/55/16's all around, but like the look of a bigger tire in the back.

i didn't have to make any modifications to make them fit.... I have TEIN HA's and the car is lowered... i didn't have to roll fenders or nothing...

Default Safe?

If the person/shop knows what they are doing and do it well then it's safe.

thank you. I did the rotation... vibration still there... if not worse.... now the vibration range has moved from 60-70 to 65-75mph... i'm going to adjust the height of the car and take it for an alignment.

Off subject: You're in queens right? Can you recommend a good TEIN dealer who really know what they're doing? All TEIN dealers should do alignments also right? I'm thinking about getting CS.

could it be steering rack problem?

i'm not sure if it is steering rack....... only because the vibration moved from 60-70 to 65-75 range by flipping the tires.... i am going to try the alignment and see if that fixes it. i'll post back here with results.

VS, can you tell me the name of the shop on Northern Blvd?

Also, which TEIN dealer did you go to? I called several places up in Queens. Everyone's quoting me the same price. Recommendations from someone would be helpful.

Thx.
