I think the wheels in the pic have exposed lugs, whereas Persian's are covered. Maybe a Symbolic wheel? has a little "too" much lip IMHO, especially up front. The tire is seriously stretched too!

kidcapp is correct. I found that pic on the NCForged site and posted it. I also put the wheel brand and model in the description
