What caa I do to put 20 inch rims on a 92 Lexus ES 300. The rear tires are hitting the shock mount?

Use a smaller tire.

Your trying to pull a stunt. 20s on a 92 ES look foolish and if it hits a shock mount, something should register in your brain that this wheel combination is not appropriate.
But if you want to look like a clown, help yourself.

I'm going to make it happen. I have a kit on it, I put the wheels on for a car show and it doesn't have a 4x4 look. The front clears and I think I found how to make the rear clear. I'll be putting up pictures once I complete the whole process.

get a high enough offset with the smallest tire possible.

You can put a 20x7.5 wheel on the ES with a 225/35/20 NItto tire....they are the only ones at the moment who makes this tire....if you roll your fenders it will clear....best way of doing it is with the fender rolling machine.....You can do it though....I've got pics of 22" and 24"s on 03 Chevy Monte Carlos....if you want I can send you the pics so you can see....it looks funny on those cars but hey.....who am I to tell someone they can't do something....you will always find a way if you have enough determination...
