i came upon a set of volk for a cheap price. its only 2 though but the price is so right. they 18X8 et +30 my question is can i run these either on the IS rear or a gs4 front??? and what tires should i run with it.

It will work on a GS front. Not sure about the IS. I'll let someone else answer that.

it will fit the GS no problem

it will not fit the IS though. for 8, getting at least 39 or above i would say
