LexusFreak, I'm looking for 235x45x17 for the front. and either the same or 245x45x17 for the back.
My rims are stock 17" chrome.
Guess I'd better go check out these Mich's in person. Not out of the running yet!

They are great tires as I used to have them and still have a pair of 275/30/19's in my garage. However I don't like the thick sidewalls these tires posess which look really bulkly IMO. Most tires that are made in the USA and by Asian countries have sidewalls that angle inward.

BA, it all comes down to your choice.....you can get the Pilot Sport A/S in both sizes your looking for if you want or stick with the one size for all 4 tires. I'd get the 4 the same personally for proper wear on directional rotations....but that's just me.

ive used mich, toyo, falken, bridgestone, yokohoma
mich does seem to be a REALLY good overall tire. but its kinda on the expensive side.
yokohoma is generally a bit cheaper and they worked good for me on my 99 honda accord
i had toyo proxies on my 18 c2s on my accord, they were just ok
i switched to falken st-115 azenis tires on my accord 18 c2s.
now, i know bridgestone mite be a better race tire and other brands better at gripping etc, but trust me the azenis st-115 from falken is REALLY GOOD.
its not cheap ( i think falkens more expensive tire), but made in japan and very very good in all conditions
very quiet, sticks great, goes through rain good, and the tire wear is fabulous.
for example, my 18s on my lowered gs are in need of a camber kit, but even then, ive driven ~ 4k miles and the tires still show ~ 65-80% tread on the inside from semi-heavy driving and a 200 pound system in back.
i know ull love the mich, but try the falken st-115 azenis, theyre not bad at all

I run the A/S Pilot Sports on my GS400 good quiet ride.

They are directional yes......but maintained correctly (proper air pressure, balance & 4 wheel alignment) I have never experenced any pull on my previous vehicle. My Toyo Proxes TPT's are also directional & never a problem either.

Continental ContiExtreme Contact is an excellent tire. I currently have them - 245-45-18 on my LS430.
Rain traction is great. I would assume the snow trction be very decent for an a/s tire. If you get them, you won't regret. I was also looking into Michelin Pilot Sport a/s, but talked to a lot of people and everyone said that these Continental ContiExtreme Contact tires are just as good. Seriously dude, I love these tires. Only thing is I run them a little over what they recommend as far as inflation is concerned. I run 38 PSI all around. Sometimes I would do 40PSI and they handle just as good in the rain as on dry pavement. I highly recommend them. Michelin is overpriced in my opinion. Will you get more out Michelins, I don't know, but the Continental ContiExtreme Contact tires cost me $205/ tire shipped from tirercak, installed at the local tire shop balanced, mounted, whole bit. So, $205 vs. $300, I went with contis. for $205 each.
