Default supra turbo tire size

a close friend of mine had some supra tt rims lying around.
he practically donated them to me, but they don't have tires.

i am just curious to know what size tires i should put on in terms of width ...275 for rear and 240 for front? can anybody tell me what would work and what is recommended for best look/longevity?

The wheels specs are 17x8 in front and 17x9.5 in the rear.. so i'm not sure exactly what tire size i should run. Any help is appreciated.

What my collegue recommended is 275/40/17 for rear and 240/35/17 for front but I don't know how much knowledge he has on tire sizes. So i'm asking you guys to please help me.

Thanks

I would say 275/40/17 for rear, and 245/45/17 for front. These match the 225/55/16 stock tires the best.

Try this

yup i would do 245 in the front and 275 in the back too, but can someone confirm whether that would rub or not?

I know many who have this setup. No rub at all.
