Default Noob Questions: Volk Rims and Lowering

Hello all!
I am in the process of getting a GS300, and had a few questions about rims and lowering. Where is the best place to order some Volk Rims? I really like the Volk Spider rims......(not exactly sure what model number they are though). To be honest, I dont even know how much these things typically are. I am new to rims

Additionally, what all needs done to lower a car? For instance, if I got 19 or 20's. I am guessing I have to take it somewhere to get lowered. Exactly how much does something like that typically cost?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

EDIT:
Found a pic of the volks i simply love!

there are tons of different wheels and suspension setups
dont rush into things, look around first.

if your going to lower your car, i suggest that you get a nice set of coilovers, so you can adjust it to your exact height

they have a couple of write ups on how to install coilovers, but if you can't do it, a local shop shouldn't charge you more than 150

after the coilovers are in, you can adjust ride height to your own liking

edit: a decent coilover setup should run you around the 1000 dollar line

One addition to what newyorksc said... there are no coilovers made for your car YET. I'm sure they are in development, but there aren't any out there for the 3rd gen GS, nor are their lowering springs.... You'll read about them on CL as soon as they're out, but you can't lower your GS safely quite yet.

yeah just like the other members said, some companies are working on the lowering kits, but not massly available yet. i would wait. and personally i would only get coilover period.

and for the wheels, personally i think 20s would work better on the car especially if you can get big lip.

and for the volks, talk to gsxotic, gs4will, and also d2-autosport about it. i forgot if d2 can get volk?
