Default G35 wheels fitment on SC400?

Hey guys.

I'm thinking of getting stock G35 17" wheels from a '05 for my '92 SC400. Does anyone here know if it will work?

I currently have the 10-spoke chrome wagon wheels.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Both wheels have the 5x114.3 bolt pattern, shared by Nissan, Acura, Honda and some others. Your 10-spokes have an offset of +50mm, not sure what the G35's are.

I know a So Cal buyer for your 10 spokers, let me know if you're interested.

Not sure about the stock 17's, but the stock 18's on the G35 coupe have +30 offset, & yes, Lexus & Infiniti wheels have the same bolt pattern of 5 x 114.3.

Maybe I should just hold out until I find a set of 18" used ones. Do you think +30 offset is too low?

yes lexus and infiniti wheels are interchangeable. are you talking about the g35 sedan or coup? if coupe, forget it, it's only good on the sc430.

and no you can't fit lexus wheels on acura since acura has a larger bore, even though the lug patterns are the same

That's usually not an issue since most any machine shop can enlarge the center bore, and for those going the other way, you can buy reducer rings.

Maybe getting G35 wheels on my SC400 is not a good idea after all. I just happen to see a lot of them on the market and thought they looked pretty decent.

I want to keep the car somewhat stock looking. Maybe I should look into the new '06 GS300 wheels. That might be a better idea.

They're going for about $1000 with tires.
