I have 19" with Supra Turbo Brake Kit, stock spare will not clear the brake kit....

Any idea where could I buy a Supra turbo spare?

I actually have a full size TT spare for sale with new tire, but I sold my TT space saver already.

You can also find them on supraforums and sometimes on ebay.

Another alternative is to get some (big) spacers for the front to use with your OEM spare.
