sorry to rock your boat but u learn from ur mistakes so just suck it up and deal with it....dont bash a company that have better things to do than fix ur $150 scratch or bend....while they could be make sets of wheels for g-notes.
Do yourself a favor, don't ever start up a business.

acutually i do have my own business. i really didnt mean that comment but this guy isnt solving anything by posting here and other forums. Its clearly stated that no one here have experienced this situation and more than likely never will. Its just a learning situation.....he just needs to move on.........

Maybe you havent researched the companies past much. But for your informaiton, Iforged has an extensive history of lousy customer service. We thought things were improving, maybe they arent.

As for posting here, he is helping the rest of us to avoid making a similar mistake. I most certainly value his post and his information

Customer service is customer service. whether its through vendor or not.

Unfortunately, the reality is vendors tends to have more pull because vendors help sale/promote companies product.

But 11 month is unacceptable time and to top it off, the wheel is not even fixed.

Thats not just bad customer service. Its TOTAL IGNORANCE/HORRIBLE customer service. Epecially from one of the co-founders of the company. If thats how co-founder of companies attitude is, I would not do any business with them.

As for posting on different forums, I don't think there is anything wrong with that. The objective of forums are to share info/stories & etc . If I was in Willcg's shoes, I would be extreamly upset too.

And I'm curious what might that be so I can be sure and never give you any business? Wouldn't want you to waste your time on my measly $150.

WillCG.... sorry for your loss bro and hope it works out...and thanks for the
heads up about dealing direct...

IF:
I go I-Forge
I go D2 Auto

Question.... not to bash anyone or try to be a mod... but at what point
does a thread reach its climax and only begin to degrade??
My feeling is that this will soon be a debate since the informative
part was stated and is long gone...
just my .02cents

I have to agree, WillCG has shared his experience, and been given helpful and useful advice for the future, as well as Clublexus members being well advised to the merits of utilizing the channels provided to them to purchase iFORGED products in a manner that affords them the proper customer service that is deserved.

You are correct, at this time its just opinions and banter.
