Hi all,

I am wondering, with Simmons 3 Piece rims (that are customisable); therefore is it possible to upgrade an existing 18" 3 piece rim to a 19" 3 piece rim by changing its outer piece only?

I don't think many know Simons here, you are talking the OZ company right? if so, I recall that some of their models share the same centre piece between 18 & 19.

 

If ur 18s' are reverse lips, then u can go up to 19-inch step-in(standard) lip. U have 18 step-in already....u can't go up to 19s'.

 

yeah i think eric is right. if you already have 18s step, i dont' think you can do 19s, there is no 19s step-step

plus, not sure if they will be willing to sell you just the outter rims anyway

thanks for the feedback. at least i now know i would make a mistake getting those 18"s

how do you innovate an 18" rim to make it look "not small"? i'm in a dilemma to choose between 18" & 19" wheels
