Default Best way to get brake dust off?

I have some brake dust on my wheels that just won't come off, I can scrub and get a little bit off, but there is just some that is stubborn....does anyone have a faster way of getting this dust off without having to scrub so much I would be glad to hear any feedback on this please

so it's totally chrome? it's either polished or chrome and if it's polished, it could have clear coat or not

if it's chrome, hopefully the dust didn't eat into the chrome. if so, stuck
if it's polished with no clear coat, just get some polish compound and rub the hell out of it. that should do it
if it's polished with clear coat, the getting paint polish is the best you could do. i would be surprised if the dust actually ate through the clear coat?

oh and i forgot, TONS of elbow grease

also, try to put on some latex gloves before using a useless cloth to apply the polish. the cloth is probably loss afterwards, and you want the glove otherwise your hand will get all black afterwards (and hard to wash them off)

Default ....

there is a spray that they use at dealership and detail that cleans ev thing off of the wheels. you just spray on and rinse off right away... no scrubbing necessary and really quick.
