How do you center the wheel without hub rings?
well, just a lot of power to hold up the wheels right before tightening everything. and this is a trick. jack up the car so slight where the wheel is JUST off the gnd. spin it and see if you can spin it all the way. if suddenly it catches the gnd, that means that's the "low" point and you should raise it a bit. again, tons of elbow grease
