235/35/20F and 275/30/20R ( cant find brand of tire in this size 235/35/20?)

Nitto NT555 come in 235/35/20 and 275/30/20...I think they're the only ones. A good tool for everyone on tire sizing is at 1010tires.com (check the tire calculator).

for visual appeal I think Nitto's 235/35/20 275/30/20 have the same sidewall so thats cool..

Also if you really the rubberband look without going strecth like I do the options are 245/30/20 285/25/20 from perrelli or 245/30/20 265/30/20 from BF Goodridge like I have now.

I did not know you were doing this. I'll have to take a closer look at your car pics next time. The rear is taller than the fronts but I guess the stretch is reducing the diameter a little. But then you have non stretched up front and stretched in the rear. Hmmm...

Its not stretched in the rear imo having seen and comparing it to real stretched designs. The BF Goodridge g-force brand is a little wider'fatter than normal compared to say bridgestone or the toyo's t1s's this gave me the thinner stance but not strecthed at all cuz of the brand design. let me see if I can muster up some angle pics...I kind of looks like what a 270/30/20 would look like.

here is the front 245/30/20 less meat than a 35 series thus its actually doesn't slide over the lip as much as my bridgestones did in 245/35


here they are together so you can see the front and rear 30 series rubberband look matching..


and here is the rear 265/30/20, not really stretched at least I think so..

I am not sure what your goal was A. 245/30 (2.9") and 265/30 (3.1") will not have the same sidewall size. I will agree that it is very minimal (.2" larger with the 265) but I was assuming you wanted that minor stretch to compensate for the difference.

Looking at the pics, the rears are stretched. It is not VIP stretched (where the tire starts to flatten) but I can already see the tire coming off the rim lip, more so than the fronts anyway.

Were you trying to minimize the sidewall? The 235/35 and 275/30 combo will give the exact sidewall (3.2") on paper. Knowing how meticulous you are, I am assuming there was a purpose behind what you did.

Neo- I've never been an exact numbers guy but I just wanted a 30 series tire front and back to give the car and wheels set up a nice rubberband look. When I had the 245/35/20-275/30/20's I never was happy with how the rear looks thinner and the front looks fatter, I just really like how the the 30series tires make the lips and wheels look from the side and straight up, almost all rim no tires. I had the 235/35-275/330 nitto's on my Donz and I really did like how the side walls matched but the front still looked fat to me when looking at them straight up. I'm waiting and hoping that Nitto comes out with a 235/30/20 so I can match that up with their 275/30/20. That would be my dream set up, matching sidewalls and matching rubberband looking fatness in 30 series tires. I really don't care is the diameter would be off a little bit..

Ive been thinking about this for a whie now ....yes it erks me to look at my rears and notice how thin the tire looks compared to my fronts... Im running Nitto NT555 245 35 20 fronts and 275 30 20 rears on my Gettins

Q: any way of beefing up the rear to match front ? this is my daily driver ..dont want to go to thin
