Friend has "Zauber Gettins" for sale but....
He has 19" staggered all chrome for sale with tires 2k on the tires all new in the box still. But here's the catch, it was on 2003 E500? I was wondering is it possible to swap bolt pattern to fit it? Has anyone done this before?

Do you drive your car a lot? Wheels can be redrilled but you never know about integrity. For the most part, it should be OK. MB bolt pattern is very close to Lexus'. Try contacting LexAristo. I think he might have redrilled his too. jtanoyo1 did but when he still owned the GS, he did not drive it a whole lot.
If it was my car and wheels deal, I would not risk it. The good thing for you is that it is your car and your wheels deal. You get to make the call.

As a wheel guy, the thought of redrilling wheels gives me the shivers....
We have a word for wheels that are drilled the wrong bolt pattern: scrap.
Also, you might want to find out the offsets before you go forward with this.
If they were on an E-Class, they might be a bit more aggressive - nothing fender cutting won't solve.

You can send the rotors and rear axles to moser engineering and they can redrill a new boltpattern on for you.Check out moser engineering.They weld up the existing holes and drill new ones.If the offsets are +40 which most gettins for gs' are, you can get away with adapters and some stretched tires, I would think.You need to do some math on your part.

diameter = radius x 2
radius = diameter/2
17" rims are 1 inch smaller in diameter than 18" rims.
radius of a 17 inch rim is 8.5 inches...
radius of an 18 inch rim is 9 inches...
the overall difference in diamter is still 1inch...
